 2. According to the Reserve Bank of India rules, every ATM must have a contact number, toll free number, help desk number in respect of the concerned officers.  You can make a complaint by contacting it.
 3. If the ATM transaction has been cut off from your account after the failure, then it is mandatory for the bank to repay the money in your account within seven working days.
 4. If you have not deposited your account within seven days of the complaint.  So, the bank has to pay 100 rupees per day to the bank.  The customer does not have to make a claim for this.  However, the customer needs to file a complaint within 30 days of the transaction.
 5. If your problem is not resolved in a given time.  You can complain to the Bank's Ombudsman within thirty 30 days of receiving the reply from the bank.
